1. HOW DO I BOOK? 
You can book directly through our website or contact us via email or phone. We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions. We will confirm if we have the availability on the requested day and if yes, will send you an invoice for the deposit and your picnic date is secured.  
2. HOW DO I PAY? 
To reserve your date and time, a 50% deposit is required. Your booking isn't confirmed until the deposit is received, and the slot will remain open to others in the meantime. The remaining balance is due at least 2 days before your picnic. 
3. HOW DOES THE PICNIC WORK?
It’s simple! You choose your preferred date, time, location, and package. We take care of everything—from setup to cleanup—so you just show up and enjoy. Your picnic will be beautifully styled with seating, tableware, décor, and any extras you choose (like photographer, live music or flowers). After your time is up, we come back to pack it all up. All you have to do is relax and make memories!
4. WHAT´S INCLUDED IN THE PICNIC SETUP?
Each picnic includes a styled setup with rugs, pillows, low tables, curated décor, tableware, and grazing board of your choice, beverages, and games. We handle setup and cleanup so you can fully relax.
5. WHAT IF MY DESIRED LOCATION IS IN ANOTHER PROVINCE? 
Yes, we’re happy to travel to locations beyond Málaga and Cádiz! A travel fee will apply based on distance to cover mileage and setup time. Feel free to email us with your location details, and we’ll provide a custom quote.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? 
We offer rescheduling due to weather at no extra charge. We can also help arrange an indoor alternative, depending on availability.
7.  WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY? 
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, and this deposit is non-refundable. You may cancel up to 72 hours before your picnic and receive a refund of any additional amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours are eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future picnic. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds or credit.
8. CAN YOU HOST INTIMATE WEDDINGS AND ELOPEMENTS? 
Absolutely. We love helping couples celebrate with small-scale weddings, elopements, or vow renewals. Our packages include elegant picnic styling for up to 20 guests, and we can connect you with planners, florists, and photographers as needed.
9. DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT OR PROPOSAL PICNICS? 
Yes! We specialize in romantic engagement and proposal picnics, complete with custom styling, signage, florals, and optional photographer referrals. Let us help you create a magical moment.​​​​​​​
10. CAN I ARRIVE LATE?
While we’re here to make your day easier and help you create beautiful memories, we kindly ask that you respect our time by arriving at the agreed-upon time. We often have other bookings to attend to, and late arrivals can disrupt our schedule.
We also want your picnic to be as fresh and enjoyable as possible. If you're more than an hour late, we can’t guarantee the food will still be at its best.
If you anticipate a delay, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that your picnic time begins at the originally scheduled start time, regardless of when you arrive.
11. CAN WE LEAVE EARLIER?
No, the items remain your responsibility until we return at the scheduled pickup time. If you plan to leave earlier than agreed, please give us at least 30 minutes’ notice by calling or texting us.
12. WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY SPILL OR BREAK SOMETHING? 
We understand that accidents can happen! Small spills (like water or non-staining drinks) usually aren’t a problem. If something does need dry cleaning, we may need to pass on that cost.
If there’s a larger spill or mishap, just let your host know at the end of your picnic — we’ll do our best to clean or fix things before considering replacements.
If something gets broken, we’ll kindly ask for it to be covered.
13. CAN WE STAY LONGER?
We’re happy to offer extra time for an additional 100 euros per hour. 
14. WHAT´S ON THE MENU? 
We offer a range of delicious food and drink options to suit different styles and occasions. Our standard picnics usually include a beautifully curated grazing platter featuring cheeses, charcuterie, dips, crackers, fresh fruit, and sweet treats. Menu can be customised. All picnics come with fruit-infused water. 
In addition to our classic grazing boards, we also offer:
Breakfast boards – with pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and juice
Sweet boards – loaded with desserts like brownies, cookies, chocolates, and other treats.
15. DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS? 
Yes, we do! Our gift vouchers make a beautiful and thoughtful present for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, or just because. You can choose a custom amount or select a full picnic package to gift.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used at a time that suits the recipient. Just get in touch with us to arrange one — we’ll send it digitally or prepare a printed version if you prefer!
16. DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN OPTIONS? 
Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate any dietary requirements. Just let us know your preferences when placing your booking, and we’ll make sure everything is tailored to suit your needs.
